Account Deletion

LawnOps users can start account deletion directly inside the LawnOps mobile app.

Delete Your Account in the App

  1. Open LawnOps and sign in.
  2. Open the account drawer or Profile area.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion prompt.

What Is Deleted

In-app deletion removes your LawnOps login, user profile, push notification tokens, notification preferences, and creates a deletion request record for our support audit trail.

What May Be Retained

If your account belongs to a company workspace, some business records, customer records, job history, quote records, payment records, messages, and compliance records may belong to that company or may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, or operational reasons.
